Professor Ozgur Yeniel , MD, is the Founder and Head of Innovation at SoranusMed with close to 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology. With a special interest in pelvic floor disorders, Dr. Yeniel has performed over 1000 surgeries, written more than 100 publications, and continues to teach at Ege University.
Ozer Baysal
Chief Executive Officer
Ozer Baysal is an executive with broad experience in numerous biopharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer Inc. where he has run large operations with multi-billion-dollar P&L’s. His experience spans across multiple business functions, organizational levels and international geographies. He has held numerous management positions including C-Suite and brings expertise in marketing, sales, strategy, M&A, business development, manufacturing, business turnaround, organizational development and general management.
Dennis Derofe
Head of Operations
Dennis Derofe is a pharma executive and served as Corporate Communications Director in multinational companies such as Sanofi and Abbott. She worked on numerous projects in pharma, including stakeholder engagement, innovation culture, transitions, and post-merger organizational development. As an entrepreneur and philanthropist, she founded a pediatric rehabilitation center and is working to increase access to evidence-based, innovative intervention methods utilizing neuroplasticity exercises.
Prof. Serdal Temel
Head of Government & EU Relations
Serdal Temel is a Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Ege University Faculty of Engineering as well as a visiting professor at Southampton University in the United Kingdom and Delft University in the Netherlands. His area of expertise is technology-based entrepreneurship, innovation management in small businesses, and technology transfer. Prof. Temel is also a registered Technology Transfer professional. Prof. Temel has been appointed as a Technology Transfer Mentor for Albania and Russia by the European Commission.

Dr. Ty Erickson
Medical Advisor
Dr. Erickson attended BYU, University of Nevada School of Medicine and received his
specialty training in OB/GYN at the University of Colorado. He is dual board certified in
Obstetrics/Gynecology and Urogynecology. He is an assistant clinical professor at the
University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Medicine. As a board-certified
urogynecologist, Dr Erickson serves patients in Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana.
He has participated in clinical surgical innovation for over 25 years and trained surgeons
in 15 countries. As a board member for the Janice Foundation 501(c)(3), he contributes
to humanitarian efforts in Africa, and Central/South America.
Dr. Roger Dmochowski
Medical Advisor
Dr. Roger R. Dmochowski is Professor of Urology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and Director of the Pelvic Medicine and Reconstruction Fellowship. A board-certified urologist specializing in female pelvic medicine, urodynamics, and reconstructive surgery, he completed his medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch and residency in urology at the University of Texas Medical School and MD Anderson. He also holds a Master’s in Management in Health Care from Vanderbilt. Dr. Dmochowski has held major leadership roles in perioperative services, patient safety, and surgical sciences, and has received numerous national awards for clinical excellence, teaching, and research.
Prof. Dr. Özgür Harmanlı

Prof. Dr. Özgür Harmanlı is Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences and Chief of Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Yale University. He received his medical degree from Hacettepe University in Türkiye and completed residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in the United States, followed by a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Urogynecology, he has held leadership roles at Temple University and Baystate Medical Center. His expertise includes pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and reconstructive surgery. He has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications and numerous international book chapters.
Çigdem Dönmez, MD

Cigdem Donmez is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. After several years of clinical practice, she served as a pharma executive for more than 20 years. In her broad experience, she has held various management positions such as clinical research manager, business development manager, associate medical director at Pfizer, and medical director at Janssen/Johnson and Johnson. Her experience involves strategic leadership and support to achieve competitive growth, to develop and improve systems, as well as scientific leadership in numerous local and international projects, programs, activities and clinical trials. Currently, she works as a consultant and medical writer.
